Baby Born Without Anus In Jos (photos)

e baby pictured above was born on April 30 to Nennang Wushikka in Pankshin LGA, Plateau state. The mother noticed that the baby’s tummy keeps swelling up and she rushed him to the town hospital in Pankshin where they were further referred to Plateau state Specialist Hospital. It was there that they discovered that the baby’s anus was sealed meaning that he cannot defecate. The president of Plateau state hospital Dr. Philemon Golwa said a surgery needs to be conducted on the child immediately. However, the parents of the child who cannot afford the bills are crying out to the public to come to their aid. See photos below;

PDP May Not Participate in Edo Gubernatorial Elections - INEC Reveals

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it is yet to take a position on the leadership crisis rocking Nigeria’s main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). INEC’s Deputy Director for Public affairs, Nick Dazang, who disclosed this on “Political Platform,” a programme on Ray Power FM Radio Station, on Thursday, said the commission’s delegation that monitored the party’s recent national convention had submitted its report but it was yet to decide on it. “The PDP, as we have said is in a state of flux. In spite of what happened in Port Harcourt, the Commission was there because it was invited and by law we are supposed to be invited 21 days to a convention or congress,” he said. “We sent a high powered team led by a national commissioner to monitor the convention. The Federal Government has finally released the interim report on funds and assets recovered from individuals who looted the nation’s treasury. According to a statement from the office of the Minister Of Information And Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the total cash recoveries comes to the sum of seventy eight point three billion naira; one hundred and eight five million point one us dollars, three point five million pounds, and eleven thousand euros, from 29 May 2015 to 25 May 2016.
